Welcome back to our roundup of what’s been happening at Chrono Hunter HQ. And it’s been yet another hectic month. Whether you have been with us for a short period of time or a long term retailer, we value each and every one of you who have joined our exclusive platform.
There’s a lot to pack in, so every second counts…
Rolex Price Increase
From June 1st, we have seen yet another Rolex price increase…the second of the year! This focuses on precious metal references such as the Day-Date in white gold. This has risen
from £36,400 to £37,800, a 3.8% increase while the Submariner in the same precious metal has gone up more than 4% to 38,200.
In addition, gold Daytonas have risen by around 4%, reflecting the steep increase in gold prices. The spot price of gold has gone up by nearly 18% this year, beginning at around £1,600 in January 2024, while hovering around £1,800 at the time of writing.
There is no change though on steel watches across the Air-King, DateJust, Submariner, GMT Master II and Daytona collections.
Wheels & Watches Event @ Tewinbury Farm - Sunday June 30th
Gents, it’s almost time to start your engines and synchronise your watches. In association with Design911, 911uk.com, and porsche911uk, Chrono Hunter is delighted to take you on a thrill a minute ride at the inaugural edition of Wheels and Watches.
Tewinbury Farm will play host to this inaugural event on Sunday, June 30th, 2024 with petrol heads and horophiles coming together to share their mutual passions. There will be a jam-packed morning brimming with scintillating conversation and shared admiration for the intricate wonders that adorn our wrists and power our wheels.
A fully immersive experience awaits. Indulge in a delicious breakfast at the Granary Bar (book directly at https://www.tewinbury.co.uk/eat-drink/ as this is filling up) dance away to live music at the Stable Bar…amidst the picturesque backdrop of Tewinbury Farm. There are even activities for all the family to enjoy with opportunities to interact with the friendly farm animals.
Plus, for those attending, Design911 and Chrono Hunter will be handing out complimentary goody bags, brimming with treats, ensuring your first Wheels and Watches event will be one to cherish. Plus, with all proceeds going to charity, you will certainly be making a contribution in every sense.

Last Minute Thoughts
