Hublot is a Swiss luxury watchmaker founded by Italian Carlo Crocco. In 1976, Carlo Crocco left the Binda Group (an Italian watchmaking corporation) and moved to Switzerland to establish his own company. He designed the Hublot, French for “porthole”, a watch featuring the first natural rubber strap in the history of watchmaking. The unique fusion of gold and rubber had never been seen before in the luxury watch making industry. To date, Hublot has more than 80 Boutiques around the world.
