A customer request is activated through the Chrono Hunter portal after a personalised qualification takes place. Retailers then take the following steps online with Chrono Hunter:

Tailor enquiries to suit your business. Your members area will allow you to specify the brands for which you would like to receive enquiries, specifying whether you are interested in purchasing or selling watches from customers - and disabling these enquiries if not.

No compromising on brand relationships

Due to the private platform Chrono Hunter operates, a sale is conducted directly from a retailer to a customer. This means we do not change the way in which you sell - avoiding any ‘3rd party’ selling agreements that contravene brand partner clauses.

Subscription and charges.

Subscription is a nominal fee which is charged on a rolling monthly basis. You are not tied into a long term contract - we simply ask for a month's notice to cancel your subscription. This gives you access to our platform and all of our purchase and selling opportunities - enabling you to offer on any live request. We then charge a small percentage of the final value of the sale price once the transaction has been confirmed as completed.
